A CONCURRENT RESOLUTION COMMENDING AND CONGRATULATING THREE DEDICATED EMPLOYEES UPON THEIR RETIREMENT FROM THE GRENADA SCHOOL DISTRICT AFTER MANY YEARS OF OUTSTANDING SERVICE.

WHEREAS, the following persons will retire from the Grenada School District in 1999 after giving many years of their time and service to the youth of the Grenada School District and the citizens of Grenada County: Yevorne Bridges, teacher; Trenna Fitzgerald, food service director; and David Hartley, teacher; and

WHEREAS, these retirees have unselfishly dedicated their efforts to assisting the Grenada School District in furthering its goals of educating, training and molding the students of the district to be adults and future leaders; and

WHEREAS, the people of Mississippi are extremely proud of

Yevorne Bridges, Trenna Fitzgerald and David Hartley, who have dedicated so many years of service to Grenada County and the State of Mississippi in furthering the educational and social development of the students of the Grenada School District:

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI, THE SENATE CONCURRING THEREIN, That we commend, congratulate and recognize Yevorne Bridges, Trenna Fitzgerald and David Hartley, who will retire in 1999 from the Grenada School District after providing so many years of dedicated service to the youth and citizens of Grenada County.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That copies of this resolution be furnished to each of the retirees named in this resolution, the Board of Trustees of the Grenada School District and to the members of the Capitol Press Corps.
